Apple is pushing the deadline at least in October. It will notify employees for a month before directing them to return to the office, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday.

The iPhone maker had previously asked its employees to come back to the office at least three days a week from September, but the plan faced retaliation.

Apple employees this week reportedly began submitting a second new internal petition in two months asking for more flexible working conditions from executives.
